Serving the Florida Suncoast from Clearwater to Ft. Myers and everything in between! 

Glenda is a native of St. Louis, MO. She and her husband and real estate partner Ray Conrad relocated to Bradenton Florida from Connecticut in 2004. Glenda’s 40+ year career includes a variety of sales, advertising and marketing management positions in B2B, eCommerce, CRM software, business process re-engineering, project management, and most recently in human resources management.

Experienced in manufacturing, international communications and distribution channels, Glenda held positions for various companies as VP Marketing, Director CRM Business Relationship Consulting to Fortune 500 companies, and most recently as HR Director for the Americas for a global engineering and construction firm headquartered in Germany.

Glenda earned her real estate license in Florida in 2013 and since retiring from her corporate position in June 2018 now focuses 100% on working with residential real estate clients throughout the Suncoast of Florida from Clearwater to Ft. Myers.
